Description of the Logo
The logo for the College of the Muscogee Nation features a pre- Columbian symbol which has been found on pottery chards in ancestral grounds.
The logo symbolizes two raven heads. Ravens traditionally represented the catalyst of change with the ability to transform and resurrect – the raven brought light to the Earth, and is a symbol of knowledge.
Traditionally, the symbol represents unity and strength. The logo’s perimeter represents the circle of life, community, family, the Earth and the Universe. It is reflective of our objective to preserve the past and to cultivate the futures of our students.
